Where is power steering fluid located on a 1982 Chevy S10?

You see where it says ps fluid in the picture, hopefully that is where you add the fluid.

On an 82 model you may not have power steering. Hope that helps! Jim

Thanks so much but there is a really small dip stick and I can't figure out what it is and I thought this might be ps fluid. It is above and forward of the from the oil stick. What is this?
