Check Engine Light

When I started my 95 Villager van this morning the check engine light stayed on longer than normal, then while at a light it came on again and the van tried to stall. what could the problem be?

You have two of them, upstream and, downstream. Check them both. Your mini handheld computer scanner will give you the codes. Then go to (autozonecomput.codes.com) And they will give you your answers.

Yeah same thing happened to our 1997 Villager.. Do you think it's the oxygen sensor? how do check that?
