No low end power

1979 chevy c10 350 with turbo 400 ive
replaced dist cap rotary button vacum
advance check for vac leaks new fuel pump
and filter new plugs wires...after 35 it
seems to clear up but no low end
power..any ideas...

Your timing is probably retarded by a few degrees whether it be the distrubutor physically, the mechanical advance (springs too heavy, weights too light or the weights not moving freely), a stretched timing chain or possibly the timing chain has jumped a tooth. There is also a possibly its as simple as the carburetors accelerator pump or linkage is to blame
