Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So driving today i pulled out from a stop sign and my truck
shifted hard up and down then landing and stuck in 5th
gear. I switched to Manual and tried to go up or down with
the gears but nothing happened. Stuck in 5th gear I had the
Amber color wrench warning light come on telling me to
see manual.
I got it home, put it in reverse and back to drive... It shifted
in a hard jerking motion when doing this. Turned it off and
back on again the jerking stopped but when shifting to
drive it immediately shifted to 5th then back and stuck in
3rd. Cycled to park, reverse and drive a few more times. No
hard shifting now at all but still shifts to 5th and then back
to 3rd when putting it in drive. Im planning on getting it to
the dealer next week asap.
Any idea what could be causing this? From research ive
heard alot say the lead valve but that was on pre 2015
f150s it seems.

This is on a 2015 F-150 3.5L ecoboost 30,000 miles
