2013 f150 4x4 ecoboost

i have a 2013 ford ecoboost 4x4 and i have hade a clicking sound in the front
end and the first thing the mech said was my turbos were bad so replaced both
and sound was still thare so replaced both cv axels now the clicking sound is
back after 1300 miles dont know what to do now eny ideas

Did they replace the exhaust manifolds? Many times one of them gets warped on the 3.5 Eco and makes strange noises. Turbos in these engines don't fail very often. Did a Ford dealership do the work?
