1994 F150 manual transmission problem

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 94 F150 with a 5 speed manual transmission. 5
years ago i parked it at the far end of my pasture and all but
forgot it. At the time it ran fine, shifted great and had no
major issues but we needed driveway space. Now i
replaced the battery and starter solenoid that went out and
the truck fires right up but wont move. I have checked the
transmission fluid level and it was about 3/4 quart low.
Added fluid but when you shift into gear it only gives the
slightest hint that it wants to move. Any ideas on how i can
repair this?
