i have a 2000 dodge neon after a complete stop when u start to go the car is sputting like it doesen't want to go but after a while when u pick up speed it runs fine until u have to stop again

check your wire to your tranimission n the rest of you wires i had the same problem and that all it was dat should fix your problem

if the car sputters under load, the spark plugs may be fouled, if nothing else works, i'd replace them

plugs and wires probably, could also be crankshaft sensor or O2 sensor
