I have a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT it runs but i cant take off in it like a normal car.

When I go to drive my car the car wont pick up like it should if it hits 2rpms it flutter's till kicks in and it wont go up hills without fluttering either. I have already changed my cam shaft sensor, and my crank shaft sensor. If we change the auto trans output shaft speed sensor do u think that will fix the problem ?

Have you changed the fuel filter,and changed the spark plugs lately?

Also check air filter, clean throttle with throttle body cleaner add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank. Also if you use the low grade gas all the time try using the middle or high test gas.
