Check Compression on each cylinder for head gasket leaks and also can test for exhaust in coolant as after running it the head metal can and will warp or can crack. It only takes it running hot once to blow the head gasket. So either you need to find out why its running hot if not a gasket issue and fix it and keep it from running hot any more or if its already blown a head gasket still fix what caused the engine to run hot and repair/replace the head gaskets.
