I'm getting a ground short to batt, where do I even start to try and find it?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car has been clicking while trying to start. I will jump it and
it will start, but then when I press gas I get a light show on
dash and lights flicker. Battery is only 7 months old and is
sitting at 12v. New starter yesterday. New starter relay
today. Alternator 7 months old. Tuen key today and it clicks.
Tried again and nothing. Pulled battery out and it has 12v.
I'm just lost
