Can I sell a wrecked financed car?

Asked by Frank Feb 10, 2020 at 08:02 AM about the 2011 Dodge Charger R/T RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2011 Dodge Charger RT that was involved in an accident and is
currently financed with 77,000 miles. Insurance does not want to cover it.

I would put it on Craig's List. If insurance won't pay out you are end up owing a lot of money for your car as you are only going to get a couple of hundred bucks at best.

Can't see how you could sell it...as you don;t have the Title..or if you do, it will have a lien stamped on it...Buyer can not transfer it till lien is paid off..
