1995 buick riviera radio powers on but no sound and antenna does not work

First I suggest you check all fuses related to the sound system. Then replace the antenna motor so the sound system can receive reception. Does the Tape/CD components work? I experienced a similar problem and discovered the radio was worn out..went to a savage yard got a replacement...all is good. Good Luck Semper FI
