4l60e no gears

I have a 93 s10 blazer ..so the problem is
when I go the shift  into gear lol nothing .. no
gears nothing .. I have checked the fluid
.saw something about linkage so I'm gonna
check that .. but any other fixes I should
think about first befor I go to pick n pull and
just grab another one

Before you replace your transmission, change the fluid AND filter on yours. Most GMs have a trans filter or at least a screen inside the trans. I once watched a Chevelle pull into a stall backwards, because the only gear on the car that worked was "Reverse". The guys who brought it in drove it backwards 2 miles to the shop. They changed the fluid and filter and it worked perfectly after that. What I'm trying to say is that the fluid can be clean and topped off, but if the filter isn't clean and letting fluid pass through it the way it should, the car won't move.
