Vibrating upon hard start up.

I have a 91 pontiac grand prix 93k miles on it
in amazing shape. Here lately I have noticed
my car starts a little rougher when it is
warmed up, the idle is worse than normal
but not terrible, and upon accelerating it
shakes what it feels like is the engine, it gets
worse once it shifts into 3rd gear and I have
to pull over and restart it and that fixes it.
Please help.

Your car probably needs a tune up. Your car is probably OBD1 so get the codes read or do it yourself.

I have brand new plugs, do I need a full tune up or would that be enough? No codes are thrown.
