Check Engine light comes on for awhile and then off for awhile.

Asked by GuruR49M May 06, 2017 at 07:40 PM about the 1995 Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is no pattern to the "Check Engine" light going off and on. When at idle
and the Check Engine light on, the engine feels like it's missing but keeps
running roughly. Tried replacing the O2 sensors but it did not help.
The car has 73,000 miles.
