Did you bleed air out of the system, is your water anti freeze mix 50/50, are the fans coming on when the car is at temperature. Did you change your thermostat, did you change the radiator cap? ??

Sounds like air is trapped in the cooling system. The best way to refill these is to pull the cooling system down into a vacuum of at least 20". There's a tool for this procedure. Use the tool to vacuum and refill the cooling system. If, after doing that you still have the same problem, something else is going on. HTH. -Jim
