350 tbi flooding

I got a 95 1500 chevy 4x4. It's flooding out
and running very rich. I've replaced the fuel
pump. It's the low pressure that the throttle
body requires. I've replaced the map sensor
the fuel pressure regulator in the throttle
body. I've replaced the engine temperature
control sensor. The injectors are spraying
way too much fuel. I had to redo the ground
wire to the pump. It's bolted with stainless
steel bolt and locking but to where I sanded
the frame. What else can I do to try and stop
the flooding issue. Thanks for any help.

Throttle body fuel injector pressure is supposed to be 12 psi if you can verify that with a gauge hook up somewhere. You mentioned that you replaced the fuel pressure regulator in the throttle body, but that's not where it's located. The fuel pressure regulator has to be the problem if there's too much pressure. Try again to locate and replace that regulator under the hood, on the fuel line, before the throttle body. Buy one so you can see what you're looking for.
hornet... the fuel pressure regulator is in the tbi.... do some research.. I have replaced one my self.

Did you ever figure out the problem I’m having the same issues I replaced my fuel pressure regulator, my engine temp sensor and then I hooked up a new map sensor and now it idles way to higher and still blows black smoke this running rough happened all of the sudden can anyone help??
Hi Guru VGQ32, could you please tell me what you found ? I have done the same, probably every part but the ecm and still way too much fuel. Engine professionally rebuilt 1 yr ago and was running great.Cant think of anything else? Thanks
