I have had the coil pack changed twice and fuel injectors cleaned and still my car cuts out and stalls if it's run for a while or if I do any highway travel. What else could be causing this problem?

Neons were known for head gasket problems, which can cause a loss of compression. You may have a problem with your fuel pump, or perhaps a mis-firing injector, which would not necessarily be fixed by cleaning.
