Make sure battery has a full charge and all connections are good, on all ends, not just at the battery. If your saying starter motor won't crank the engine, note the diagram. You can see the fuse. There is the starter relay, you can see neutral switch for automatic tranny. You can use test light to check for voltage anywhere along that system. There are two voltage circuits at starter motor, one comes from the battery, hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in crank position and the relay is energized. The starter motor grounds through engine block. voltage and grounds are important. Any testing make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
