My Truck Won't Start.
I have a 1997 dodge ram, I have been trying to start it up but it wont go. I have a new starter and batteries are semi new, am thinking it's because it's cold? But I've been trying for about 30mins...

Have no oil pressure cold or hot after long shut down for 40-60second then have 40psi at idle 70psi at 2000rpm no flucuation after pressure comes 5.9 Cummings
