My 1991 Firebird driver's side head light will not pop up. How can I repair this

1991 firebird driver side headlight will not pop up. The motor is still spinning

The motor needs to be replaced or rebuilt. Go to "thirdgen.org" and do a search. Plenty of info and advice there. "Top-downsolutions.com" sells a kit if you decide to rebuild. Simple fix and a cheap kit.

I can left it by hand it’s not locked down is there a broken arm?
