my 1996 firebird wont start

1996 firebird I put the key in and try to start it and it wont start its not even
trying to turn over i hear the fuel pump, everything works in the car the
radio,headlights dash is blinking security i hear the fans on i dont know what it
could be just started doing it this morning

Yeah what he said! Or get the battery tested to see if it's bad or not?
