I have a 1996 Ford TBird with the
3.8 v6 it's a LX
But what is the diameter of
rotorsin the front

The front rotor should be 10.86" without sport suspension. If it has the sport suspension the front rotor should be 11.57". Removing a wheel and actually measuring the front rotor will be necessary if you don't know which suspension is under it.

Ya I replaced my front wheel hubs and seen it was 10.87 I found the front rotors and pads for $75.00 on A1auto.com
