Why won't the cooling fans come on in my 98 Oldsmobile Cutlass

Is the engine overheating? Check the coolant level. Check the fuses in the underhood fuse block in the same fuse block locate the cooling fan relay and swap it with another relay in the block that has the same number. The cooling fans come on at around 200-230 degrees. I hope this helps. Take care.
