Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1975 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442. The issue I'm having is that there is
no power to the car. I just replaced the starter and solenoid which had no
effect on the power. About two years ago, my fusable link blew and I had the
mechanic repair it. He didn't put a new one in. The battery is fully charged
according to the charger. Somewhere between the battery and the rest of the
car, there's a disruption. Headlights, radio, cab light all don't work. What are
some possible solutions?

I would trace out the battery wires. Pay attention to the accessory hot wire and check for damage or corrosion.

Fuseable again, there should be two connected to pos terminal on starter. Inspect wiring behing pass manifold as it can come into contact and short popping fuseable link. Footnote test wiring at starter to verify power from starter to wiring to ignition. The fusable can pop and the outside of wiring will look on point

I think you're right about about the fusible link. I'm having trouble following the wires from the battery because it goes under the motor. Where about would the fusible link be located?
