Bogging down during heavy acceleration

When car shifts into 3rd and I step on gas heavy it chugs.changed
egr,pvc,cleaned intake,still...also new fuel filter,and it starts no problem with no
codes registering

Try replacing crankshaft positioning sensor, they're only about 12 bucks for your car
