My brake light and battery light are on when I start the car and stay on for about 10 miles after that. They eventually go out. Does this mean the alternator is going bad?

Yes, I took the car into a Mitsubishie Dealership , in Selma Texas, GILLMAN HONDA/MITSUBISHIE and told them to replace all 3 Belts and They did but a week later the Serpentine Belt came off

I told the service Manager that why ,Didn't they notify me about this situation and I would of payed the Mechanic?
