How do I remove a distributor out of a 1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass supreme

I've done taken the holding tab off and it still won't
come out .

CR3. OR Crowls if you can get it sprey at base of distributor for a few hours,Turn back and forth to loosen. Don't prey against it. Damage will accure.

Get a couple of cans of Freeze Off and spray the distributor shaft where it goes into the engine. That should break it free. The distributor shaft is aluminum and the intake manifold or engine block is cast iron. They have different rates of contraction when cooled so the shaft will come loose after being sprayed.
