Get a new starter or check the firing order of the plugs and wires to see if they r set up right
My wife's did that and it was a bad ground cable. The cable and connection at the battery looked good but the frame/motor end of the cable was bad. Hope this helps.
Has good battery connection, all lights and gas. Starter will not engage and turn over engine.
