2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse Horn

I replaced a non-working horn on a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse and as before the horn
doesn't work but the relay does click. Checked the fuses but still nothing.

All i can say is test fire the horn.run a hot lead off battery,,to horn,its already grounded should blow,if it don,t another bad horn.If it doe,s check for voltage from relay to horn.

there are 2 relays side by side, BOTH relays and BOTH horns need to function in order for the horn to work
