Throw out bearing

It shifts into gear but when I have the clutch in and
a neutral it grinds sometimes so I think it's a throw
out bearing any ideas

Throw out bearing. or possibly input shaft bearing not as likely. Mileage is a BIG clue. Unless the clutch was changed recently.

How long the bearing lasts depends on how you use the clutch. If you tend to rest your foot on the pedal or sit at stop signs with the clutch pedal depressed the bearing won't last as long.
