Can someone anyone help me please

Asked by Deron Dec 17, 2017 at 12:24 AM about the 1998 Ford Mustang Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 98 mustang that won’t start nor crank..
before replacing my old battery it was ticking so i
jumped started it and it worked fine.. one day my
car then started to overheat long story short I
replaced battery, thermostat, break light switch,
neutral safety switch, and temperature switch after
all that I’m back to the no start no crank lights work
fine so I doubt it’s the battery because its been
replaced with a new one since.. I’m lost and don’t
know how or where to start anyone have
suggestions?

mix 3 tablespoons baking soda to 2/3 pint of warm water . Then soak your battery terminals to remove any corrosion , also check the starter relay , see if you're getting power to the relay from the ignition switch
