I would say no. The cooling fan hydraulic pump part number is YW4Z-8C628-BA and a power steering pump part number is YW4Z-3A674-GBRM. They are not the same, will not bolt up and wow, the cooling fan pump retails for $760.53, OUCH. The discounted price on www.tascaparts.com is still $529.33.

The Lincoln LS V8's cooling fan pump is a repurposed power steering pump. The part number YW4Z-8C628-AA has been replaced/renamed as YW4Z-8C628-BARM in the USA , and as STP-310-RM in Canada. The box mine came in had a Genuine Ford Parts sticker on it and the title was Power Steering Pump.
