where is the secondary air injection pump relay located

Im trying to find the air pump relay. if its in the underhood fuse box can you please be
specific like saying which relay number it is. My air pump doesnt work until I put 12 volts
on it but checking the pump wires that go to the pump it shows 2.81 volts

i did research on this and found out the air pump relay is part of the solid state relay located next to the air pump.
