Squeal

I have a 98 wrangler sport and i had this annoying squeal so i changed the belt. After putting the new belt on i still had it.  I tightened it up and it still does it. At a stand still it chirps and when you slow down to come to a stop at low rpms it squeals pretty bad.  Ive had the pullys checked and was told all of them are fine.  Not sure what else to do so any help would be appreciated.
