Truck squeal

My 2005 ford f150 5.4 3 valve has a bad squeal
and slit miss after it warms up and idles. I have
changed the belt pullies power steering pump and
alternator and it still squeals. Took belt off and the
squeal remains. Any ideas on what it could be?
