heating in jeep

while letting my jeep warm up a hint of luke warm heat is if i turn on defrost but starting to drive it cool air coming out of defrost vent and cool air comes out when wanting heat out of regular part of vent.

If the thermostat is good, engine warming up to operating temperature, then it would be the HVAC Blend Door Actuator somewhere under the dash.
