1994 jeep cherokee over heating

I've changed my water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, thermostat
sensor and even flushed the radiator, there are no leaks no leaking hoses
and I replaced my radiator cap. It still over heats the electric fan kicks on
only when it gets to a certain point but still never had this problem before
either. But one thing is that my heating core went bad so I just by passed
the hoses can that be a problem? Also the main fan shrout  busted so I
completely removed it can that be it as well?

TO CHECK IT, GET THE MOTOR HOT, IF YOU CAN TURN THE FAN BY HAND, ITS THE CLUTCH, IF ITS LOCKED UP, CLUTCH IS GOOD. BUT IT WONT BE.

I am having the same issue with my 95..replaced the thermostat..didn't over heat for a couple days..was running rough though like it was out of time..now it's over heating..turned the fan clutch while hot and it spins but offers a slight resistance..does this mean it's bad?

hello. ive had 3 cherokees, 3 bad fan clutches. yours sounds bad to me, you cant turn them at all if its good(and hot),not even a little.(be sure its not a slipping belt) i dont know about running rough though. if super hot i guess it could be a vapor lock or something like that. sorry, im no expert. good luck
