much, It has brand new radiator, thermostat, water pump
and I also just installed new cylinder head new gaskets
and everything I can think of and it keeps on overheating.
3 minutes in into turning the ignition on it reaches 260. I
would really appreciate if I ca get some help. Thank you

Have you seen whether your cooling fan behind the radiator is functioning? If it is electrical and is not energizing at idle or slow speeds, it would cause the heat build up. you are seeing.
