Ok the picture is of a Ford carbureted engine in a Ford car. So what’s going on here? Your question was about a Chevy truck. So if it is still about a Chevy truck fuel system then the answer is no there is no fuel reset button or inertia switch, that is a Ford thing. If the pump doesn’t run then it could be a bad fuel pump, fuel pump relay, fuel pump wiring or connector. If it is the fuel pump then don’t forget to replace the pump relay and fuel filter at the same time.

No reset button. Did you replace the fuel pump relay? If not, replace it. Also check for power and ground at the pump plug. Check your fuses too one might be blown. Is the gas gauge working? If not and it's on or below empty you have a bad ground. If it's on full or past full you have a bad hot wire connection. Hope that helps! Jim
