Question type: Maintenance & Repair

What could be the issue with my car. It makes a
sound like as if the car is started and u stay on the
starter the "arky" sound ... Only problem is i only
turned tge key to start it when it does this and it
dont do it all the time. Just sometimes... Is it a bad
starter or relay ir could it ve something wrong with
the tranny? ( someone told me it could be the
flywheel) but i dont know.. I dont see how the
tranny would make the car fo that when it isnt even
on or trying to go anywhere so im confused on that
part. Has anyone else had this issue? What was
the resolution?

Also if i turn the key off and try to start it again it starts right up... Forgot to add that part to my post
