WHEN ENGINE IS HOT AND ENGINE IS SHUT OFF FOR  10 MINUTES OR SO, IT TAKES SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RESTART. NO PROBLEM STARTING WHEN ENGINE IS COLD.

it is something in your ingition system or fuel system... Try changing the Tfi... I believe hondas have them... it is the little grey or black on the distrubtor... when they get hot and are bad they turn the car off....also Is your car getting fuel? check to make sure when hot that car is getting fuel and spark... hope that helps good luck
