when driving in the D4 forward position.
when I stop at the stop light the transmission seems to labor and shake, soon as i take my foot off the brake and drive everything seems to be okay.

may be a tourk converter problem or just something loose like exhoust .i would take it to your mechanic for a check,better safe than sorry have it checked out asap.

Do you mean that the car shakes as if it has hiccups? If so, it seems like your engine is misfiring. Check the spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. A basic tune-up. Considering you are talking about the 91 HB.
