Windows go up and down

All my windows work except for the driver's seat that
window goes up and down partially about 6in and will not
go all the way up or all the way down what could this be

Why does the driver side window only go up part way and down part way. Will not go all the way down or all the way up.

    Turned car on tried to put in reverse, car will not shift out of park and windows won't roll down. However, I do have brake lights and used a key to lock out of reverse.
