power windows and locks

1991 Honda accord ex-r 4 door.
had rocker panels repaired and was sitting around for months.
had to tow it back home/dead battery. At home charged battery and now
power windows and doors do not work. Also door panel on passenger side
was off.could there be something missing or what's wrong?

Check fuses , pull the panel and see what has power/ground and what don't . Check wires in door jamb . Body shops concentrate on the repair and can mess up wires by mistake . something may have gone wrong by pure coincidence .
