1996 Honda Accord shifter stuck in park and windows will not roll down and I have brake lights.

Turned car on tried to put in reverse, car will not shift  out of park and windows
won't roll down.  However, I do have brake lights and used a key to lock out of
reverse.

Windows have nothing to do with Trans or shifter so probably 2 seperate issues going on. If the car is on an incline or has been bumped while in park, the weight of the car could be keeping the park pin locked into place. Try rocking the car while trying to move the shift lever, or it could be an electric safety lock feature in the ignition or brake pedal switch that has failed or gone out of adjustment. The windows could be a fuse(s) or relay.
