How to stop overheating?

I have an 03 honda accord 4cyl. I have
replaced the hoses, fan switch, and reservoir
tank and it still over heats because the fan
won't kick on. All fuses and relays are good.
Fans kick on when ac is on. But will still over
heat.

If you have heat the pump may be good , It's no easy task to change those so if you go ahead with it and find that the pump is good you'll want to kick yourself in the ass . I'd change the temp sensor or find reason why they aren't kicking on . Check your work . Maybe the thermostat is a $6** P.O.S. I got fed up with those and went to the dealer for a $45** one I can depend on .
