Trying to figure out why car is overheating

So my 1996 honda accord keep overheating
at first it was just while at idle. Now its
overheating every 10 minutes and there is
no fulid in the raidator.( Its brand new.) no
leaks under the car oil looks fine. Hose's no
leaks either. Some ideas as to why this
might be happing is appreciated thanks.

If the coolant is disappearing and there are no leaks then it is likely going out the tailpipe. A failed head gasket could be the cause.

Did you just put new radiator in? If so its possibly just air in the system. Did you belch all the air out when work was complete? If unsure try refilling radiator to see if problem goes away.
