Shifter stuck in park

04 civic ex shifter stuck in park  all lights
work just changed brake light switch snd
still not working im using the bypass i
replaced the tps anf clean the trottle body
and this problem surge .

I went back to the trottle body sensor that i had replaced and moved it just a bit and my problem was fixed.i guess when i replaced my sensor i did'nt set it in the proper position.before you remove the old sensor make sure to mark the position where is sitting at.
