If those are your only choices, AC Delco. I try to stay with Delco parts for my GMs. Definitely better quality and better fit than other parts. But for a Ford Product I'd go with Motorcraft if it's available. Hope that helps! Jim

Avoid anything that says MasterPro. MasterPro is Oreilly's junk line of parts. The best is almost always OEM. Cost a little more, but usually worth it.
